Do You Have a Problem With Alcohol?

It’s not always easy to know when alcohol has gone from being something social to something that’s causing harm. Many people drink alcohol now and then—to relax, celebrate, or unwind. But for some, drinking can slowly start to cause problems in their lives, sometimes without them even realizing it. Knowing the signs of alcohol trouble is an important step toward staying healthy and in control.

“Healthy” habits to avoid

A lot of people try hard to live a healthy life. They drink smoothies, take vitamins, clean their homes, and hit the gym. Some even do more extreme things, like fasting for days or taking special shots to feel more energized. These habits might seem like the right thing to do because we hear about them on social media or see them in magazines. But not everything that sounds healthy really is. Sometimes, things we think are helping us could actually be hurting us—or just wasting our time and money.

Exercise of the week

This weeks exercise is the squat. The squat is a very important lower body exercise, working both the quadriceps muscles and the glutes. There are many variations of the squat, making it suitable for beginners, people with arthritis, or the seasoned exerciser.
