Better results don't always require more supplements.

Most supplement routines are built on guesswork.

SuppCo fixes that. They help you audit product quality, optimize your budget, and track the exact nutrient density of your stack. You take the right dosages from trusted sources. Nothing more, nothing less.

Plus, their core features are free. Not a trial. Just free.

Download the SuppCo app to see what you're actually taking. Then start building a routine that makes sense for your body and your budget.

Your workouts aren't random. Your supplements shouldn't be either.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going

Good morning, and welcome to your Monday edition of The Exercise Doc.

I hope you had a great weekend and found a little time to move your body, get outside, or at least take a walk to the refrigerator a few extra times. Around here we believe movement is medicine… even if it’s just walking the dog, the grandkids, or occasionally yourself.

Today’s newsletter covers two topics that may surprise you.

First, we look at “heart age.” Many people know their chronological age — the number of candles on the birthday cake. But your heart may be older or younger than the rest of you, depending on your habits. The good news? Your heart age is one number you actually have a lot of control over. Exercise, sleep, diet, and a few other daily habits can help your heart stay young and strong.

Think of it this way: while we can’t do much about the birth certificate, we can do quite a bit about the heart that’s been beating since the day we were born.

Our second article looks at mercury levels in fish. Fish is often promoted as one of the healthiest foods you can eat — and for good reason. It’s rich in protein, healthy fats, and nutrients that support heart and brain health. But like many things in life, the key word is balance. Some fish contain higher levels of mercury, and eating too much of certain types can raise levels in the body.

In today’s article we’ll walk through which fish are the best choices, which ones to limit, and how to get the health benefits without the unwanted extra baggage.

And of course, we also have our tidbits — those short, interesting nuggets of health and wellness information that are easy to read and even easier to share with friends.

My goal with this newsletter is simple: to give you clear, practical health information you can actually use, without needing a medical dictionary or a PhD in biochemistry to understand it.

After all, staying healthy should not feel like studying for the MCAT.

So grab a cup of coffee, settle in for a few minutes, and enjoy today’s issue.

Your heart may not know how old you are… but after today’s articles, it might start acting a little younger.

Thanks for being here, and thanks for being part of this growing community.
